We've recorded our two songs for the War comp
now, and they're up for download on the myspace
page. We're hoping to bang the rest of the EP out
in as much time, and anticipate a May release.

Oh yes.

Also, most of Pog's back catalogue is now up on
www.last.fm (just search for Pog). It can all be
downloaded, which is a possible sign of just how
attached I have become to the boxes of CDs
'neath my bed.

Because we're such sullen types raised on too much
Threads and Survivors (by the way, watch The Last
Train if you get a chance - its awesome, despite
some gaping logical flaws), we were only too happy
to contribute tracks to the upcoming War
compilation CD, which in turn is accompanied by a
comic book with the same theme. For that I'm
doing a post apocalyptic strip.

Now the festive torpor has come to a merciful end,
we look forward to the expanse that is 2008. We're
starting to sort stuff out for the next few months,
which at the moment amounts to an April tour with
Wob, a couple of festivals, and a house show
tour in June.

Also we're starting on the next CD, which will most
likely be a 7 track mini-album featuring some new
songs - provisionally the following:

The Survivor's Parade (this'll probably be the CD title)
Building Blocks
(Give Me) A Reason To Worry
Coming Home
Time's Kind Fingers
Festival
Ticket For The End Of The World

It may be a split release with someone. No doubt we'll
change minds and dither for a good while yet.
