REVIEW OF SUBLIMINAL ALIENATION: Essentially this is only Patrik Fitzgerald's fourth solo album and the first studio based album released since 1994.  It comprises aspects of all of his styles; acoustic guitar, homemade keyboard electronica, social study lyrics and stories/poems, electric guitar moments, collaborations with German and Norwegian musicians and a mixture of cynicism and dark humour. Featuring songs written right back at the beginning of his career to songs written earlier this year, the album is an eclectic, unique and challenging mix.
